Southwest-style stud earrings are textured with sage and created in fine silver.  I've added beaded fringe of turquoise and black glass seed beads on sterling wire to mimic the fall rains, which are giving the prairie plants a much-needed drink before winter's sleep.  Sage is one of our sacred plants.  The earrings come with comfort clutches, as shown in some of the photos.

Materials

I created the sage portions in fine silver (99.9% pure silver) and everything else is sterling silver (92.5% silver). Beads are glass.

Dimensions

These earrings are 1 3/4 inches in length. Glass seed beads are size 8/0.

Care information

Your order will come with a polishing cloth to touch up your jewelry pieces. I oxidize (tarnish) and polish the highlights of most of my jewelry pieces to bring out the texture of the prairie grasses and wildflowers. This oxidation will come off if polished with the cloth. When polishing pieces, polish only the raised surfaces to keep the dark oxidation.

Keep the beaded portion away from contact with liquids.
