Returns
I want you to be completely happy with what you purchase from me. Your jewelry is made to last a lifetime.
I accept returns on a case-by-case basis and under the following conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact me before returning an item. Please give your name and the item you are returning. Contact me within 30 days of receiving your order.
Some custom orders are non-returnable, non-refundable. This includes anything personalized. I do take returns on items that are defective. All in-stock items are eligible for return and refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received by me, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
I replace items if they are defective or damaged due to workmanship. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact me to arrange a return or replacement.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs on returns unless item was defective.
If you are shipping an item over $100 for a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
