A larger thin cross necklace in fine silver is textured with the leaf of a burr oak tree (Quercus macrocarpa). This handmade piece is patinaed and polished to bring out the delicate oak leaf texture. It hangs from your choice in length of sterling silver rolo chain.

Please expect slight variations as each one is made by hand.

Materials

The pendant is made from fine silver (99.9% pure silver). Rolo chain is sterling silver (92.5% silver).

Dimensions

Cross pendant measures approximately 7/8" wide x 1 1/2" tall.

Chain lengths are 18", 20" or can be ordered without a chain.

Care information

Your order will come with a polishing cloth to touch up your jewelry pieces. I oxidize (tarnish) and polish the highlights of most of my jewelry pieces to bring out the texture of the prairie grasses and wildflowers. This oxidation will come off if polished with the cloth. When polishing pieces, polish only the raised surfaces to keep the dark oxidation.

Don't wear jewelry while swimming in a chlorinated pool or hot tub. Be aware that your piece can be damaged by some physical activities.
