Fine silver bear is textured with the leaf of an oak.  The bear stands atop an earthy Bamboo Mountain turquoise stone.  Both are set inside a shadow-box-like setting with a decorative outside border.  This is a one-of-a-kind creation that speaks to the relationship of our bear relatives with the trees of the forest.

Materials

I created the bear from fine silver (99.9% silver). All other silver is solid sterling silver (92.5% silver). Bead chain is solid sterling silver (92.5% silver). Stone is Bamboo Mountain Turquoise.

Dimensions

Pendant is approximately 1 1/4" in diameter not including the bail. Chain is a sterling 2mm bead chain that is 18" in length.

Care information

Your order will come with a polishing cloth to touch up your jewelry pieces. I oxidize (tarnish) and polish the highlights of most of my jewelry pieces to bring out the texture of the prairie grasses and wildflowers. This oxidation will come off if polished with the cloth. When polishing pieces, polish only the raised surfaces to keep the dark oxidation.

Don't wear jewelry while swimming in a chlorinated pool or hot tub. Be aware that your piece can be damaged by some physical activities.
