I created this rough-edged pendant using buffalograss seed heads from the Kansas prairie.  It's crafted from solid fine silver (99.9% pure) and hangs from a sterling silver chain (92.5% silver).  When confronted with drought conditions, buffalograss keeps growing.  It's a lovely grass that symbolizes strength in hard times. 

I create each pendant by hand so they may vary slightly from the photos.  Each piece is as varied as nature.

Materials

I created this pendant from fine silver (99.9% silver). Chain is solid sterling silver (92.5% silver).

Dimensions

Pendant is approximately 5/8" in diameter, not including the jump ring bail. Chain comes in your choice of 18" or 20".

Care information

Your order will come with a polishing cloth to touch up your jewelry pieces. I oxidize (tarnish) and polish the highlights of most of my jewelry pieces to bring out the texture of the prairie grasses and wildflowers. This oxidation will come off if polished with the cloth. When polishing pieces, polish only the raised surfaces to keep the dark oxidation.

Don't wear jewelry while swimming in a chlorinated pool or hot tub. Be aware that your piece can be damaged by some physical activities.
