I placed a rising white opal moon between sprigs of little bluestem grass in this Southwest Style necklace. The pendant hangs from a hand-beaded strand of sterling silver pearl beads.  I added an extension chain so that it can be adjusted from 18 3/4" to 21 1/2" in case you'd like to layer it with another necklace or have the ability to wear it with slightly different necklines.

The last image shows it layered with my 6mm beaded chocker also listed on my website.

Pendant cross portion is fine silver (99.9% pure silver).
The Navajo style pearls, chain extension and clasp are sterling silver (92.5% silver). The stone is star fox variscite mined in Nevada.

Necklace can be adjusted from 18 3/4" to 21 1/2".
Pendant measures about 1 1/2" across by 1 3/4" high.

Care information

Your order will come with a polishing cloth to touch up your jewelry pieces. I oxidize (tarnish) and polish the highlights of most of my jewelry pieces to bring out the texture of the prairie grasses and wildflowers. This oxidation will come off if polished with the cloth. When polishing pieces, polish only the raised surfaces to keep the dark oxidation.

With variscite, avoid ultrasonic cleaners and heat steamers. Heat can damage the stone. Do not let sit out in the sun.
