Jewelry material

A simple coneflower design in sterling silver or bronze.  These flower stud earrings are great for everyday. Flowers have soldered sterling silver posts. Great gift idea for the gardener or prairie enthusiast. 

My favorite time of year on the prairie is spring, when the coneflowers are at their peak of blooming.  They stretch toward the warm sun with their skirts of yellow, purple, and pink petals twirling in the wind.  It's a sight to behold when you see acres and acres of coneflowers dancing in waves.

Coneflower measures: 1/2" x 5/8".  They are cast from my original design.

Care information

Your order will come with a polishing cloth to touch up your jewelry pieces. I oxidize (tarnish) and polish the highlights of most of my jewelry pieces to bring out the texture of the prairie grasses and wildflowers. This oxidation will come off if polished with the cloth. When polishing pieces, polish only the raised surfaces to keep the dark oxidation.

Don't wear jewelry while swimming in a chlorinated pool or hot tub. Be aware that your piece can be damaged by some physical activities.
