There is a little bit of lunar magic that emanates from this crescent moon necklace.  The moon holds a blue rainbow moonstone that is like a luminous moonbeam. The white sage that textures this piece keeps the moon dancing but still connected to the earth as a source of light on our night prairies.

Materials

I created the crescent moon in fine silver (99.9% pure silver) other portions are sterling silver (92.5% silver). Stone is a rainbow moonstone

Dimensions

Gemstone is 8mm and the pendant is approximately 1" in diameter.

Care information

Your order will come with a polishing cloth to touch up your jewelry pieces. I oxidize (tarnish) and polish the highlights of most of my jewelry pieces to bring out the texture of the prairie grasses and wildflowers. This oxidation will come off if polished with the cloth. When polishing pieces, polish only the raised surfaces to keep the dark oxidation.

Don't wear jewelry while swimming in a chlorinated pool or hot tub. Keep gemstone away from extreme heat.
