A bear textured with the sacred cedar plant is walking home under a mother-of-pearl moon.  The earth beneath him is represented by a half-moon-shaped treasure mountain turquoise stone with green, blue, and brown variations.  The mother-of-pearl moon shines so beautifully in the dark oxidized sky.

Materials

I created the bear in fine silver (99.9% pure silver). All other pieces including chain is solid sterling silver (92.5% silver).

Gemstones are treasure mountain turquoise and mother-of-pearl.

Dimensions

The overall size of this pendant is approximately 1 1/2" x 3/4". Chain is 1.5mm and is 18 inches long.

Moon is 4mm.

Care information

Your order will come with a polishing cloth to touch up your jewelry pieces. I oxidize (tarnish) and polish the highlights of most of my jewelry pieces to bring out the texture of the prairie grasses and wildflowers. This oxidation will come off if polished with the cloth. When polishing pieces, polish only the raised surfaces to keep the dark oxidation.

Turquoise should be kept from heat and prolonged sun. Opal should be kept from liquids and prolonged sun.
