Fine silver bluet flowers hang from mini squash blossoms, holding a blue aquamarine bead.  These are lightweight earrings, but they leave a big impression.  It's a touch of the prairie to celebrate the biodiversity of our native plants.  Aquamarine is the birthstone for March.

Materials

I created the bluet portions in fine silver (99.9% pure silver) and everything else is sterling silver (92.5% silver). Gemstone beads are aquamarine.

Dimensions

These earrings are 2 5/8 inches in length. Aquamarine gemstone bead is 6mm.

Care information

Your order will come with a polishing cloth to touch up your jewelry pieces. I oxidize (tarnish) and polish the highlights of most of my jewelry pieces to bring out the texture of the prairie grasses and wildflowers. This oxidation will come off if polished with the cloth. When polishing pieces, polish only the raised surfaces to keep the dark oxidation.

Keep the beaded portion away from contact with liquids.
