Fine silver bison tie tack, hat pin, or lapel pin is textured with sacred sage leaves.  The bison is oxidized and the sage leaf highlights are polished to bring out the rich texture of the plant. 

The pin in the photos has sold.  Please allow slight variations as these are handmade.

Materials

I created the bison silhouette from fine silver (99.9% silver) and soldered it to a nickel tack. The clutch is made from brass with a nickel finish.

Dimensions

Bison stands 5/8" tall, 7/8" long and with the pin clutch is 1/2" thick.

Care information

Your order will come with a polishing cloth to touch up your jewelry pieces. I oxidize (tarnish) and polish the highlights of most of my jewelry pieces to bring out the texture of the prairie grasses and wildflowers. This oxidation will come off if polished with the cloth. When polishing pieces, polish only the raised surfaces to keep the dark oxidation.

Don't wear jewelry while swimming in a chlorinated pool or hot tub. Be aware that your piece can be damaged by some physical activities.
