A beautiful botanically textured pendant that has beautiful raised flowers and leaves of the Sampson's snakeroot plant.  The pendant comes on a sterling silver rolo chain that makes a stunning necklace.  The African amethyst gemstone mimics the color of the plant's flowers.  The pendant is oxidized with the raised plant portion polished for a beautiful contrast that brings out the details of the plant's texture.

Materials

The pendant is all fine silver (99.9% pure silver). Chain is sterling silver. Gemstone is African amethyst.

Dimensions

Chain lengths available are 16", 18", 20", 24", and 30". The pendant measures from the top of the bail to the bottom 1 1/2" and measure 7/8" wide at the widest point.

Care information

Your order will come with a polishing cloth to touch up your jewelry pieces. I oxidize (tarnish) and polish the highlights of most of my jewelry pieces to bring out the texture of the prairie grasses and wildflowers. This oxidation will come off if polished with the cloth. When polishing pieces, polish only the raised surfaces to keep the dark oxidation.

Don't wear jewelry while swimming in a chlorinated pool or hot tub. Be aware that your piece can be damaged by some physical activities.
